Andrea Williams speaks to BBC Radio Cornwall, following the resignation of Tim Farron as leader of the Liberal Democrats.
She said that: "The way that people came after him... they were wanting to make it seem that the viewpoint that marriage is between a man and a woman and that all sexual expression outside of that is contrary to God's purposes according to the Bible, that kind of viewpoint... is somehow toxic and bigoted and hateful."
