BBC Radio 4: Swapping Psalms For Pop Songs

On BBC Radio 4 on 5 August, Mark Vernon explored the rise in popularity of the 'Sunday Assembly', originally called 'atheist church'. Founders Sanderson Jones and Pippa Evans discussed their motivation for starting up the organisation.

Former moderator of the Free Church of Scotland Dave Robertson was interviewed on the show, and said: "They are looking for something that only God can give, but they don't want to acknowledge that they need God to give it."
