Dermot O'Callaghan of Core Issues Trust speaks to BBC Radio Kent about the government's plans to make the process of legally 'changing gender' easier.

He says: "If the body is altered surgically to try to fit in with the mind, the real problem is not being addressed. The real problem is in the mind."
