Mary Douglas responds a government proposal to make 'changing gender' easier

Mary Douglas, from Grassroots Conservatives, talks to BBC Radio 4 about the government's proposals to allow people to 'change gender' without any medical diagnosis.

She said: "It should not be easy to do something as massive as change your gender and the law is there to protect us, normally from other people, but also sometimes from ourselves."
