Parliament to consider 3 parent baby plans

Printer-friendly version

The Government has published draft regulations that would make the UK the only country in the world to allow the creation of 'three-parent babies'.

Parliament's Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee is currently examining the proposals and it is expected that Parliament will vote on them before the General Election. The plans raise huge safety issues not to mention ethical concerns. Please pray that Parliament rejects them.
