13 year old raped girl after Sex Ed class

A council in North Wales is to carry out an investigation after a 13 year old boy raped a girl in his class following a sex education lesson. He is reported to have said that he wanted to "try sex". Following the attack, he allegedly told the girl "you can go now".
The boy, who is now 15, has been given a 12-month referral order and placed on the sex offenders' register for 30 months.
