Ofsted ignoring 'anti-Christian bullying'

Printer-friendly version

Education Secretary Nicky Morgan has been told that her department and schools inspectorate Ofsted are ignoring unfair treatment of Christian pupils.

In a letter to Mrs Morgan, Colin Hart, Director of the Christian Institute, pointed to the failure of Ofsted reports to note incidents that had been picked up by other official investigations. Examples included "anti-Christian chanting in assemblies" and "Christians being called ‘ignorant’ or ‘liars’ by teachers".
