New assisted suicide bill detail condemned

Rob Marris MP's Assisted Dying Bill proposes that a High Court Judge be given just 14 days to decide whether someone should be allowed to die, it has been revealed. The details have come to light ahead of the debate in the House of Commons on 11 September.
The proposal has come under heavy criticism from other MPs, including Fiona Bruce, who said: "Doctors now don’t know the home circumstances of a patient so how much less will a judge?"
