Islamic militants kill at least 89 in Nigeria terror attack

At least 89 people have been killed in North-eastern Nigeria following two attacks by suspected militants from the Islamist terror group Boko Haram.

Two bomb blasts in the city of Maiduguri on Saturday killed at least 50 people, whilst 39 were shot dead in the nearby village of Mainok just hours later.
