Bid to become transgender 'mum and dad'

The third place contestant in the UK's 'Miss Transgender' competition wants to become the first Briton to be both the father and mother of a child.

'Fay Purdham' (born Kevin McCamley) froze some of his sperm before undergoing hormone treatments and surgery to 'become' a 'woman'. Andrea Williams commented: "This is a heartbreaking example of the confusion that results when God's categories of male and female are rejected."
