Roger Kiska: The BBC say you can be reported for posting 'offensive' comments

Roger Kiska speaks to A1R TV after the BBC announces, "If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content
anywhere on or to BBC websites", you could be reported.
Roger says: "It's very disturbing when a non-legislative body, and not a court, wants to define hate speech because then it really is in the eye of the beholder."
