Woman pregnant with another couple's twins following IVF mix-up chooses to reject abortion

An Italian mother-to-be is carrying twins with no DNA belonging to her or her husband after she was implanted with the wrong embryos.

The woman underwent IVF treatment in December 2013 at the same time as three other women, one of whom had a similar surname to hers.  Italian government inspectors have now launched an investigation at the hospital in Rome to discover why the incident occurred.  

Her lawyer says the unnamed woman is determined to push on with her pregnancy.
